Pineapple Buttermilk Pie

Ingredients

1 Ready-Crust Pie Crust Keebler® Ready Crust® Graham 
1 can crushed pineapple in its own juice drained 
1 egg  
3/4 cup sugar 
1 tablespoon flour 
1/4 cup melted margarine 
1 teaspoon vanilla extract 
1/3 cup buttermilk 


Directions

Spread pineapple in bottom of crust. Combine remaining ingredients, stirring
until well blended. Pour over pineapple.

Bake at 400°F for 25 minutes or until light brown. Reduce oven temperature to
250°F and bake 25 more minutes. Cool to room temperature before cutting.
