Directions
1. In shallow dish combine crushed KELLOGG'S ALL-BRAN Crackers Garlic Herb and 1 tablespoon of the salad dressing. Use serrated knife to cut cheese into eight 1/2-inch-thick rounds. Brush rounds on both sides with 2 tablespoons of the remaining salad dressing. Roll each round in crushed cracker mixture, lightly pressing crumbs into cheese. Place, in single layer, on foil-lined baking sheet. Freeze for 30 minutes.
2. Bake, uncovered, at 400°F about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
3. Meanwhile, in large bowl toss together lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, olives, peppers, onion and remaining salad dressing. Arrange on eight serving plates. Top each salad with hot cheese round. Serve immediately with additional KELLOGG'S ALL-BRAN Crackers Garlic Herb.
*Note: If desired, substitute any vinaigrette-type salad dressing for the Italian dressing.
