Apple Crisp

Ingredients

3/4 cup all-purpose flour 
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar 
1 teaspoon cinnamon 
1/2 cup cold margarine or butter 
2 cups Rice Krispies® 
10 cups (about 3 lbs.) sliced, peeled, cored cooking apples 


Directions

1. In medium mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar and cinnamon. Using pastry blender, cut in margarine until mixture is like coarse crumbs. Stir in KELLOGG'S RICE KRISIPES cereal. Set aside for topping.

2. Place apples into 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan, spreading evenly in pan. Sprinkle cereal topping over apples.

3. Bake at 375°F about 40 minutes or until apples are tender. Serve warm or cold with frozen yogurt or whipped topping, if desired.
