Baked Brie and Buttercrisps

Ingredients
| 1 round | (8 oz.) Brie cheese |
| 40 | Crackers KeeblerĀ® ToastedsĀ® Buttercrisp |
| 1/3 cup | peach or apricot spreadable fruit |
| | Chopped fresh chives |
Directions
1. Cut cheese into 40 pieces each measuring about 1 x 1 x 1/4-inch. Place one piece of cheese on each cracker. Place on baking sheet.
2. Top each piece of cheese with slightly rounded 1/4-teaspoonful of spreadable fruit. Bake at 350°F for 2 minutes or until cheese begins to melt. Sprinkle with chives. Serve immediately.
NOTE: If desired, place entire cheese round in shallow baking dish. Bake at 350°F about 15 minutes or until cheese begins to melt. Spoon spreadable fruit on top of cheese round. Serve with crackers.
